For the finance team we are looking for a Junior Finance Assistant with a hands-on mentality, who is eager and interested to learn all about our business. With two existing brands and new brands to launch in the upcoming months, there is lots of exciting stuff going on, and we would love to have you as part of it!

SPECIFICATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check and handle emails
• Provide information to team – missing invoices, invoicing dates, outstanding debts
• Process incoming invoices – check for authenticity, enter in system, determining cost center
• Invoicing of sample shipments, DHL pre-paid shipments, royalty invoices (quarterly)
• Process employee expenses – check receipts, check currency conversion, get sign off, process in system
• Process bank statements – enter in system, match payments with supplier and customer invoices on a daily basis
• Create Cash Report with incoming customer revenues in Excel and share weekly with management
• Assist in month-end process
• Create weekly debtors and open creditor report
• Daily matching of Amazon and webshop payments
• Supporting the Finance Manager in day-to-day activities

EXTERNAL QUALIFICATION:

• MBO Business Administration
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Computer literate (especially Excel) and affinity with IT systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, preferably also in Dutch
• High on accuracy and integrity
• Proactive and hands-on
• High level of commitment is a must
• Team player and ability to work independently
