Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
· Helping the sales team by handling incoming leads and communicating with clients.
· Keeping track of sales progress and assisting with data analysis.
· Assisting customers with inquiries and providing support with sales and marketing activities.
· Helping to organize and run events to promote our products.
Customer Engagement:
· Providing excellent (B2B and B2C) customer service, making sure our customers are happy and satisfied.
· Dealing with customer inquiries and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
Operational Support:
· Keeping things running smoothly day-to-day, and looking for ways to improve how we work.
· Using computer systems to track sales and customer information accurately.
· Process orders efficiently through our 3PL warehouses
· Working closely with our Operations team (also at head office in Naarden) to make sure orders are processed smoothly.
Office Management:
· Making sure our office runs smoothly, and everyone has what they need to do their job.
· Helping with administrative tasks and anything else that needs doing.
Qualifications:
· Good communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
· Organized and able to manage your time effectively.
· Comfortable using computers, especially Microsoft Office.
· Able to work independently and as part of a team.
· Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus.
· Must have a valid driver's license.
· Must be comfortable commuting to the job’s location in Raunds and travel to tradeshow locations in the UK.
